Eligibility for Returns

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to Contact@holistiva.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond with further instructions on how to proceed with the return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at Contact@holistiva.com and follow the return process for exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.
